    This case is made of strong sturdy material and feels it would sustain the rigors of airport travel. Not yet used but will be soon. Happy with size of case and room in interior for clothes. Also like the fact that the telescopic handle takes up a small area on the back of the case as most other cases I have seen the handle is the entire width of the case.

    My suitcase had faulty zip stitching which didn’t become apparent until I’d used it. I contacted the seller and after sending a couple of photos of the fault, a new suitcase was received within 3 days. Excellent and prompt service and I was kept informed at all stages.

    This is my second jcb bag, I have the 21” also. Both are a useful size and appear very sturdy with a decent length of handle so you are not having to lean back to pull along. Good deliveries also
