These are absolutely fabulous suitcases. I bought a bright blue one two summers ago as I planning on visiting family in Canada in the September of 2014.During that time, I hired a car and took my mum to several places in the Ontario province including Niagara Falls to go wine tasting and Toronto for shopping, a dinner cruise on Lake Ontario and an evening of Cirque du Soliel! This bag was perfect for me as it is so light, yet so strong! Also, as a moderately physically disabled person, I found the wheels wonderful. I was able to effortlessly maneuver this case and had no problems whatsoever. It really was the perfect bag for me.Since that time, I have moved during the school year to work at a British International School in Spain, so this was the perfect robust bag that would withstand 4-5 return trips every year to and from the UK. This bag definitely lives up to the strength that is purported by the company. Yes sure, you get a few of the black marks from being handled and being forced along the black belts. But if you are seriously worried about that, you can clean them down and they still look fabulous.To be honest, I haven’t bothered cleaning the outside of the bag – I can still spot it a mile away! There is no one else that has a bag like mine. Everyone else’s is black, grey and boring!Well a few months ago they had the champagne coloured back on Amazon’s Deal of the Day for well below what I paid for my blue one. I just made a decision and said YES. This September, my son will be joining me to do his IGCSE’s at my school in Spain, so now he also has a lovely robust bag that we can bring to and fro for several years to come!I would definitely recommend this product for the frequent flyer!Please let me know if my review has been helpful. I wanted a case that would stand out from the crowd and this certainly does! It has a lightweight hard shell that does flex quite a bit but having said that when it is shut and with contents inside it becomes pretty sturdy. I already have a Samsonite case myself which cost 3 times the price, however I now prefer this as it is so much lighter. The only issue is that it comes only with German instructions for setting the combination lock, however you can find an English translation on the web. It is easy to set once you find the instructions! There is what looks like a key lock but the suitcase does not come with a key so don’t worry if you can’t find anything – I think it must be something to do with the ability for the customs to be able to open it without breaking the combination lock itself!I haven’t expanded the case to its full extent yet as I have not needed to. I easily fitted in all my 3 year old’s clothes and toys!It did get some black marks on the case but these came off fairly easily – I used a car polish and it came up a treat! There was a small scuff down one edge but this is hardy noticeable and scuffs are to be expected. I definitely recommend the case for this price and in fact I have just this minute ordered another one in Applegreen this time for my wife, as she loved it that much!Lastly I have to mention the supplier as I stupidly left ordering this case until just 5 days before our holiday. The supplier is based in Germany. I sent them an email and they responded (in German)to say that they would get the case out that day. It promptly arrive 2 days later. Fantastic service. That’s why I have ordered another one through them.

Order arrived just four days after I’d ordered. At JFK airport New York it took so long to get through immigration and customs to the baggage pickup that all cases has been placed on the floor nearby. I saw my big orange case a good 30 yards away! Getting to midtown Manhattan by subway was no problem for the case, although stairs at the end meant I had to resort to lifting the case. Having four wheels was very useful especially when quick manoeuvrability was needed on the subway and at lifts. On the way home, the case was easily identifiable on the conveyor belts at Heathrow and Aberdeen. Yes a few scuff marks and bashes but white spirit removes the black scuffs and the bashes are barely visible. The TSA combination was very useful on several occasions when I needed to get into my case in public. No fumbling about with keys and padlocks, and setting the combination was straightforward. The handle was easily extendable to two different lengths and was solid during transit. I have yet to use the two smaller cases but if they are anything like their big relative I can see no reason to give anything less than five stars. P.S. each case fits into the other for easy storage too.

Like most German products, the suitcase is strong and seems resistant. Furthermore, the colour is super cool and the overall look and details are great. Definitely worth the money.If you have the storage space for all 3 sizes then I would recommend to take advantage of the fantastic bargain of buying all 3 sizes for £139.00. Unfortunately, due to lack of storage I could not take advantage of the offer and ended up spending almost as much just for 2 suitcases.They arrived only 3 days after placing the order; much, much earlier than expected. The suitcase is pretty spacious and expandable; a massive plus feature, for those like me, who always buy far too many souvenirs during their trips. Though I have not tested it on a trip yet so far I am pretty impressed.

The cases arrived from Germany 6 days after being ordered ideal, I had to contact the firm as the first delivery date was some 20 days however on contacting them via email the answer was both quick and helpful I found them polite and efficient and very easy to deal with. When the cases arrived they are ideal for our need, 4 wheels, separation panels inside and they expand if required. They fit nicely inside one another for easy storage. The instructions are however in German (Babelfish to the rescue as our German linguistic skills were not technical enough). We spent some time trying to find a key to set the lock … be warned, there isn’t one. The trick is to look under the lock use a pen in the small hole you will find there. Set your code then click the lever this then sets you 3 digit number code. We never did find out what the key slot was for or indeed find the key. Overall very pleased with both the service and the product. Finally being bright canary yellow the cases should be easy to spot on the airport luggage lounge.

We had this luggage for our trip to Brazil and believe me when I say that we put them to the most hard test that a luggage can have.The wheels are really strong, the zipper is intact, we have some scratches on the top but I can honestly say that is a good price for an amazing product!A plus is that nothing breaks inside them!

I’m not normally one for leaving reviews, but I think the excellent customer service I’ve recently had from the manufacturer of this suitcase deserves praise.I have had this suitcase for just under two years and it has performed impeccably until about a fortnight ago when the black plastic top of the telescopic handle broke. I contacted the manufacturer as the suitcase has a warranty and they immediately dispatched a new complete telescopic handle on express delivery which arrived a couple of days later. No fuss, no drama, just a swift fix.Ten minutes to undo six screws, remove old handle and replace with new one and my suitcase is as good as new again. Very, very pleased customer. If only everything was so easy!

I bought this suitcase thinking it was German made, when it arrived and had “made in China” on the packagingI e-mailed the seller to find out why. The reply was “made in China” to our German specs.I almost sent it back, I am glad I didn’t, A great medium sized suitcase, that runs very smoothly on four wheels with no effort at all. I packed it fully when I recently went to France. It weighed in at 17Kgm ( without the expandable zip in use) No doubt you could get a lot more in.The built in combination lock is a good idea.An outstanding case, you will have no problem spotting it at the baggage pick up point.Its a dream to push, but I wouldn’t use it on uneven surfaces, it might damage the wheels.Overall a great looking case that runs like a dream.
