Really, very pleased with this product. Love the girly colour. One of the larger bags of its kind. Lighter than similar types we own. Great to have own zip security. Already used it twice for long and short haul flights and hardly a mark on it. Definitely use the tabs for the straps for travelling. My pic shows bag half full and just closed over, not zipped.

    Sturdy and spacious

No complaints at all – thick fabric that seems well stitched and the moving parts are sturdy.Lots of space and it has straps to compact it a little for shorter trips.Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve had a Dakine suitcase for 20 years and was looking for something similar to replace it. This is perfect. Lightweight and not bulky but with plenty of room. Some people have commented about the lack of instructions for the lock – they’re inside the case in the pocket and are easy to follow. So pleased with it that I’ve bought a smaller version for a weekend bag

This case has been on many flights around the world with me and it’s still going strong even though I’ve seen the baggage handlers launch it whilst loaded with 20kg of contents. Retractable handle offers rigidity to the case when retracted in transit. The built in zip locker has a TSA key hole so the authorities don’t have to bust your lock should they need to look inside. As the case is in two half separate sections, you don’t need to do much rummaging to find what you’re looking for. Being a soft case with cinch straps, you can easily make this case smaller if you’re not carrying so much and also for storage when not in use. They’re very recognisable when collecting off the luggage belt so this can save a lot of time and stress after a long journey. The good thing about a soft bag is any impact is absorbed by the clothes inside whereas some hard cases would otherwise crack or bust open. I highly recommend these cases.

Love this bag. It’s sturdy and holds a lot.The wheels are fantastic, easy to pull, and low noise. My normal love for duffles when travelling was superseded by an injury so I needed wheels. This did the job perfectly. It was so good my partner decided to use it as their primary bag while travelling. Much better than the tiny wheeled luggage they have

Fantastic case, exactly what I had hoped for, great quality as you would expect from Eastpack. Love the floral pattern which makes it easy toIdentify when it comes through on the luggage belt. Ordered another on in pink.

Usually I do not write reviews (I do read bad ones before purchasing an item!) – but I have to write a quick one for Eastpack Tranverz. I was vary after reading a few reviews here about the sturdiness or ‘lack’ of straps in packing compartment etc…How sturdy is it? Well, we used it so far on several planes (Europe only mind you), and as it is made of ‘cloth’ it is absolutely unscathed. like brand new (as a side note we also bought another premium brand plastic shell suitcase 120L and after the same amount of flights it is absolutely scratched everywhere). 5 stars from usHow flexible is it for packing? Again reading about having “no straps” and not being “120L” – this is all hoax – straps are there on the bottom compartment, and there is zipped closure on the top – exactly like all other suitcases on the market (no idea why those people who write bad reviews make up stuff like this). It was so super flexible to pack, it was almost a pleasure (as opposed to the plastic shell one mentioned before). Once packed, you can use side straps to fix it and make it even more “stiff” – I normally purchase these straps extra and strap my suitcases, but these are built in, so it is super convenient! Amount of stuff packed was the same if not more than 120L plastic shell suitcase – the weight limitation was the culprit not the space (aka 20kg on EU flights) – again, 5 stars from usSize empty / full etc – it takes probably 25% less space in the boot of the car compared to plastic shell SC. When empty, it compresses and takes probably up to 75% less space than plastic shell… 5 stars! In overall, the only bad thing I would say is that we DIDNT buy 2 of these, but rather bought only 1 (and 2nd was the premium brand plastic shell one)… Oh well, hope the plastic gets mauled over the year so we have a good excuse to buy 1 more eastpack!P.S. Did I mention 30 (thirty) year guarantee????

These bags are great value for money. We bought two of these for our trip to New Zealand. I know some reviews say they get scuffed etc but they are bound to get knocked around a little bit and get marks, but that’s just expected. If you are worried about it getting marked use the shrink facility at the airport. The bag itself is very well made and the split compartment means you can use it to divide your clothes or have a side each of you going for a weekend away. Over all its has an abundance of packing space and the outside compartment is brilliant for stuffing all your used clothes and has more space then you realise. The compartments have tie down straps which allows you pack even more into the case. The lock mechanism is a little figity but once you get the hang of it it’s a brilliant addition. The wheels are sturdy and don’t wobble at all keeping the bag nice and straight when you pull it along. It has three height settings on the pull arm which is uselful and accommodates people of different heights. Overall we are every happy with the bags, the storage space and quality.

Folds reasonably flat to fit in wardrobe. Like the separate compartments in each size.
